1. Description/scope of use of the portal SmartEm Cloud
(1) Your use of the portal includes the use of the services according to this service description and the offers made in the portal.
(2) The portal allows you to register the purchased products, and retrieve product descriptions. In addition, we will inform you by e-mail when the lifetime / expiration date of your products expires.
2. Responsibility for your data access
(1) If you would like to use our portal, you must register by entering your e-mail address and your own password. It is your responsibility not to violate the rights of third parties (e.g . name or trademark rights) via the choice of user name.
(2) We use the so-called " Double-opt-in method for registration,i.e., your registration is not finalized until you have confirmed your registration using a confirmation e-mail sent to you for this purpose via the link therein. If your confirmation does not arrive promptly, your registration will be automatically deleted from our database. After the registration, we will send you a confirmation.
(3) Access to the portal and the use of this portal are only permitted to you personally and persons you authorise. You are responsible for all uses of the portal with your access data and are liable according to general law. You should keep your username and password secret. If these data are known to unauthorized persons, you must immediately change your password and inform the portal provider.

4. Content submission by customers
(1) When you submit your own content, you grant us a simple, free and transferable right of use to store this content on a server.
(2) The right of use is basically unrestricted, but is revocable at any time, in particular by deletion of your user content. In the case of revocation, your content will no longer be publicly visible, but will be stored internally by us until such time as all possible retention periods have expired. This applies not only to responsibility for possibly illegal contents, but especially to tax and tax legislation. Furthermore, the user right you granted to other users remains valid.
(3) With regard to the content you have posted, it is your responsibility to ensure you are fully informed of the contents according to section 1 of these rights of use, which means that you are either yourself the owner of the rights or the rights holder has given you all rights.
(4) Your content is your responsibility. The portal operator does not examine the respective contents, in particular neither the correctness or legality of the user content.
